Develop the design direction and coordinate relevant professional input, including financing conversations where applicable. Any finance discussion remains subject to an independent lender assessment.

Move through construction with agreed milestones, decisions and an accessible communication approach for clients at home or abroad.

Completion & handover
Review the completed home, resolve agreed close-out items and prepare the information needed for handover.
